Role overview

As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead multiple engineering squads, define technical strategy, and drive reliable, scalable systems in a fintech environment. You’ll partner with product, design, security, and operations to deliver impactful features while mentoring and growing engineers across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach multiple engineering teams, developing talent and managing performance
• Define technical vision, architecture, and roadmaps for scalable, reliable systems
• Collaborate with product, design, security, and platform teams to deliver high-quality software
• Recruit, hire, and onboard engineers; foster a diverse and inclusive engineering culture
• Drive engineering best practices, including code reviews, testing, CI/CD, incident response, and reliability engineering
• Ensure compliance with security and privacy requirements and maintain strong incident readiness

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in a leadership/managerial role
• Proven track record delivering large-scale systems in fintech or SaaS
• Strong collaboration, communication, and people leadership skills
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems, cloud platforms, and modern tech stacks
• Experience with Go, TypeScript, AWS, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, or similar technologies
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
