📋 Description

  • Act as technical product lead through the sales cycle; partner with AEs to identify needs and deliver demos
  • Lead tech implementation and onboarding; design solutions and docs to maximize client success
  • Build and maintain technical resources (docs, guides, demos, FAQs) to support sales and integrations
  • Manage RFPs and security reviews; coordinate with Compliance, Security, Legal on controls and data handling
  • Provide ongoing client support; triage inquiries, reproduce/debug, escalate, and communicate updates per SLAs
  • Conduct business reviews; monitor KPIs and health metrics; propose optimizations to boost adoption and value

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in technical sales, sales engineering, or tech customer success
  • Proficient with APIs (REST, FIX, WebSocket) and complex platforms
  • Proven success managing sales cycles, POCs, and onboarding
  • Strong analytical skills to diagnose issues, debug integrations, and analyze data
  • Skills in Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Go, or Java; read code and build samples
  • Excellent communication for technical demos, RFPs, and docs
