📋 Description

• Test features across web, mobile, API; log bugs and coordinate fixes.
• Conduct user interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis.
• Validate activation/retention features and usability metrics.
• Contribute to product ideation, wireframes, and testing scenarios.
• Research market trends and competitor offerings; synthesize insights.
• Monitor post-launch metrics and propose optimizations.

🎯 Requirements

• Pursuing bachelor's degree in relevant field; 3.5+ GPA.
• Strong attention to detail and curiosity about how things work.
• Interest in product development, UX, and the 'why' behind decisions.
• Analytical thinking with Excel/Sheets; SQL curiosity.
• Effective written and verbal communication with teammates.
• Familiar with agile methods and tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma, Mixpanel) advantageous.
