  • Coordinate loan disbursement and collection through the Loan Management System.
  • Review and validate settlement documentation for completeness and compliance.
  • Verify customer, facility, and security information prior to settlement.
  • Liaise with clients, brokers, suppliers, vendors, internal teams, and partners to manage timelines.
  • Maintain and update settlement data and records for reporting and audit readiness.
  • Complete reconciliations and post-settlement checks as required.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in settlements within asset finance or business finance preferred.
  • Experience in fintech, banking, or financial services highly regarded.
  • Strong AML and CTF obligations understanding.
  • Familiarity with loan documentation, settlement workflows, and funding processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple settlements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
