Servicing Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Monitor and review borrower insurance (Hazard, Flood) documents
• Manage delinquent property tax review and payment
• Partial release processing, reconveyance, lien releases, and CEMA requests
• Manage loss draft process and release of insurance claim funds
• Coordinate with borrower, custodian, investors to resolve documentation issues
• Document all customer interactions in Kiavi’s system of record

🎯 Requirements

• Rapid context switching across insurance, taxes, liens, and related tasks
• Prioritize large workloads by importance and deadlines
• Proficiency with Google Suite and MS Office, esp. Sheets/Excel; Salesforce preferred
• 2-3 years mortgage loan servicing or origination experience
• Knowledge of Tax, Escrow Analysis, Hazard Insurance, Reconveyances; escrow/insurance exp preferred
• Title review experience is a plus; vendor management experience preferred
