Monitor daily subservicer activity across billing, payments, and reconciliations
Validate accuracy and timeliness of subservicer transactions
Identify defects, trends, and SLA misses; escalate with data
Ensure alignment between internal expectations and subservicer execution
Lead servicing support for investor and state audits
Pull and validate required documentation, transaction histories, and records

🎯 Requirements

2+ years in servicing operations or related roles
Strong understanding of financial reconciliations and payments
Experience overseeing subservicer/vendor oversight and quality control
Experience supporting investor or regulatory audits
Hands-on with payment processing flows and servicing system activity
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; strong problem solving and attention to detail
