Servicing Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Ensure servicing rules are identified, interpreted, implemented, and maintained per investor/partner requirements.
• Monitor industry standards and rule updates; adjust internal rules accordingly.
• Liaise between Consumer and Mortgage Servicing and external partners on rule logic.
• Ensure servicing logic is rules-based and aligned with investor expectations and contractual obligations.
• Support audits; document rule logic, decision flows, and change history.
• Collaborate with AVP on rule updates and cross-team communication.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years in loan servicing or business rules implementation.
• Configuration and maintenance of business rules in servicing systems.
• Working knowledge of loan servicing platforms and rule configuration tools.
• Experience interpreting servicing rules from external partners, investors and resources.
• Familiarity with agency (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac) and non-agency servicing standards.
• Understanding Metro 2 credit reporting and its impact on servicing logic.
• Experience supporting audits, exams, and investor/partner reviews.
