- Oversee day-to-day IR operations, including reporting, requests, and servicing transfers.
- Lead and develop the IR team; set expectations and monitor performance.

- Manage servicing transfer support and investor-related processes.

🎯 Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience.
- Bachelors in Business preferred.
- Strong understanding of loan servicing ops and investor reporting.
- Experience managing deadlines, SLAs, and high-volume workflows.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
