๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Own end-to-end presales lifecycle for services deals, coordinating scoping through booking.
  • Review and approve LOEs, SOWs, vendor agreements, PCRs, and NB time requests.
  • Advise on engagement models, assumptions, and standards; align service items for booking.
  • Ensure work package and client folder ready for TCA & Project Operations handoffs.
  • Participate in pipeline reviews; verify opportunity data and services metadata for automated handoffs.
  • Translate demand into resource requests; coordinate with RMO/VMO for the right skills and rate.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent; 5โ€“7+ years in presales/ops or delivery-adjacent roles.
  • Commercial acumen across scope, pricing, cost models, gross profit, and terms.
  • Cross-functional influence with Sales, PMO, Project Ops, Resource & Vendor Management.
  • Working knowledge of NetSuite, Smartsheet, and PSA/CPQ/contract tooling (Provus, Conga) preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to simplify complex requirements.
  • Strong problem solving; anticipates operational risks and guardrails in presales.
