📋 Description

• Sales: sell services; align with Sales/Value Engineering to drive land and expand.
• Delivery: manage project portfolios; ensure timely, high-quality deployments with measurable impact.
• Value & Adoption: drive adoption plans, onboarding, training, and knowledge transfer with the Academy.
• Product: maintain deep Celonis product knowledge and lead best-practice deployments.
• People: build and lead a high-performance team; hiring, development and retention.
• Partners: build regional partner relationships to support key customers.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years delivering complex programs as PM/Program Director.
• Proven leadership of BI/analytics teams.
• Proven track record leading complex transformational customer programs.
• Understanding Celonis product implementations to lead consultants and PMs.
• Experience leading professional services teams in enterprise SaaS.
• Experience building relationships with sales teams and deals.
• Proven senior-level communication with executives and customers.
• Experience recruiting, motivating and retaining top talent.
