🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field
4+ years ServiceNow platform experience
2+ years HRSD implementation experience
Experience with HRSD modules: HR Case Management, Employee Center Portal, Journey Management
REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and integrations
CSA certification required
