๐ฏ Requirements
- 10+ years of experience developing/implementing on the ServiceNow platform, including CSM and Custom Applications.
- 5+ years in software development involving ServiceNow CSM products.
- At least 3 years of architect experience.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow modules including CSM, FSM, SOM/TSOM.
- Experience with Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST) and bi-directional integrations.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Builder, Scripted REST APIs.
