🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of ServiceNow experience across ITSM/ITOM/ITAM and integrations.
- Experience in ITSM, Platform, Catalog & Custom apps.
- Integration between ServiceNow and other systems using MID Server and cloud-to-cloud.
- Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST) and bi-directional integration between systems.
- Data extraction tech (JDBC/ODBC) or ETL integrations.
- Education: 4-year CS/CE/IS degree or equivalent; Certifications: ITIL, CSA, CAD.
