- Gather requirements for Service Portal, Integration, ITSM, CSM, Scripting, and HRSD.
- Customize ServiceNow apps and rollout modules; configure UI and workflows.
- Configure REST/SOAP integrations with other apps.
- Lead SAM Pro/ITAM/ITSM/ITOM initiatives and guide customers.
- Consult SMEs to gather data for service maps and events.
- Apply impact rules in service maps and validate with SMEs.
🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience supporting ServiceNow implementations in 2+ capabilities (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, Platform, CSM).
- Strong experience in SAM /SAM Pro.
- Experience with integration between ServiceNow and other systems using MID servers and cloud-to-cloud.
- Experience with Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST) and bidirectional integrations.
- Data Extraction Technologies (e.g. JDBC, ODBC) or ETL integrations.
- Proven experience with CMDB, Discovery, Software Asset Management, ITSM, Service Catalog, and Workflows.
- Deep understanding of the ServiceNow CMDB and related processes.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Builder, Scripted REST APIs, Script Includes).
- Education: four-year degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or demonstrated work experience.
