- Lead requirements gathering with end-users and stakeholders for ITSM and Custom apps.
- Customize ServiceNow apps; configure UI, workflows, and business logic.
- Configure integrations between ServiceNow and other apps using REST/SOAP.
- Collaborate with SMEs to support service maps and event work.
- Plan and perform user acceptance testing for maps, rules, and event mgmt.
- Promote update sets and data across ServiceNow environments.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years ServiceNow experience in ITSM/ITOM/ITAM + integrations.
- Strong ITSM, Platform, Catalog and Custom apps experience.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using MID servers and cloud-to-cloud.
- Web Services Integration (SOAP/REST) and bidirectional integrations.
- Data extraction/ETL technologies (JDBC/ODBC).
- ServiceNow scripting: BRs, Client Scripts, UI Builder.
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE/IS or equivalent experience.
- Preferred ITIL Foundation; CSA and CAD certs.
