- Proficiency in two product lines (ITSM, CSM, HR, ITBM, ITOM, etc)
- Tech: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, REST, JDBC, ODBC
- JS scripting: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Cloud architecture principles
- Strong written and verbal communication
