🎯 Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience with ServiceNow products
- 4+ years leadership experience with enterprise tools incl ServiceNow
- Strong CMDB, CSDM, HealthScan and Integrations knowledge
- Experience with ITSM modules: ITSM, Knowledge, SLA, Survey, Agent Workspace, Virtual Agent, PA
- Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/IS or equivalent work exp
- Willingness to pursue ongoing ServiceNow certifications
