🎯 Requirements
- 3-5 years as ServiceNow Developer; at least 2 years in SAM and HAM.
- CSA required; CIS-SAM or CIS-HAM preferred.
- Strong ITAM knowledge: procurement, deployment, disposal.
- SAM data model expertise; CMDB, CSDM; maintain Software Models/Entitlements/Discovery.
- Cloud Cost Management for AWS and GCP.
- Experience building SaaS connectors via REST/JSON and IntegrationHub.
- ServiceNow scripting: JavaScript, GlideRecord, Flow Designer, Scheduled Jobs.
- Familiar with ServiceNow Discovery, JAMF, Intune and normalization.
- Troubleshoot normalization/reconciliation using raw discovery data.
