ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (WSD) – Financial Services | DR

📋 Description

• Design and develop automated workflows in ServiceNow WSD for end-to-end service delivery.
• Configure ServiceNow with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and GlideScript/JS.
• Build and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations with IntegrationHub.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize platform performance, and document processes.
• Collaborate with ITSM teams to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide training and enablement to ensure adoption and effective platform usage.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience, focused on employee/workflow.
• Deep experience with core ServiceNow apps for workspace capabilities, ITSM.
• ServiceNow CIS certification (required).
• Strong JavaScript/GlideScript scripting in ServiceNow.
• Experience building REST/SOAP API integrations using IntegrationHub.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to optimize performance/workflows.
