- ServiceNow CIS certification required.
- Strong JavaScript/GlideScript scripting in ServiceNow.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
- Strong problem-solving; optimize performance/workflows.
- Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
