🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development
- Strong JavaScript, Glide scripting, and REST API skills
- Experience with ITSM and at least one of ITOM, HRSD, or CSM
- Solid grasp of platform architecture and data modelling
- ServiceNow CSA certification (or higher)
