Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow apps, modules, and workflows.
Build and maintain scripts, UI policies, business rules, and automation.
Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and data exchange methods.
Support upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure platform security and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

Active Secret clearance (TS preferred).
3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development.
Strong proficiency with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting.
Experience with ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and secure federal environments.
Ability to work onsite in Washington, DC.
