- Own business requirements and priorities with clients/end users.

- Partner with the technical team to conduct demos and show & tells with client end users.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 4+ years experience as a Business Analyst
- Cloud-based business process architecture knowledge
- ServiceNow platforms: Health Scan, CMDB, CSDM, Integration, Security Center, Upgrade, Debugging, Custom App
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to assess and mitigate risk
