🎯 Requirements

- Experience with Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, Performance Analytics, and AI modules.
- Integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using MID servers and cloud-to-cloud.
- Web Services Integration (SOAP/REST) and bidirectional integrations.
- Data Extraction Technologies (JDBC/ODBC) or ETL integrations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/IT/AI/ML; willingness to pursue ServiceNow certs.
