Own day-to-day administration: users, roles, access controls, maintenance, upgrades
Configure ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog
Build workflows, business rules, UI policies, and notifications
Develop dashboards and reports to inform leadership decisions
Partner with IT leadership on complex solution design and integrations

🎯 Requirements

3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
CSA and ITIL v4 Foundation (or equivalent)
API, JavaScript, and Glide scripting
Experience configuring ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog
Strong written and verbal communication for non-technical stakeholders
