🎯 Requirements

  • Proven experience in Service Transition (mandatory)
  • Experience in Service Delivery or Project Management (preferred)
  • Lead virtual teams and manage third-party suppliers
  • Implement ITIL-aligned processes and governance
  • Strong understanding of ITIL Service Transition and lifecycle processes
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and negotiation skills
