Complete inspections of buildings, units and homes (move-out, make-ready)
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on apartments and single-family homes
Ensure HVAC systems are functioning as intended
Test HVAC components to verify proper functionality
Prepare vacant units for new move-ins; QA vendor work
Respond to on-call emergencies and maintain safety

🎯 Requirements

High School diploma or GED; technical college degree preferred
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
2+ years building maintenance experience
Tools: hammer, screwdrivers, channel locks, multimeter, Allen wrenches
Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
US work authorization; visa sponsorship not available
