🎯 Requirements
- Licensed CT HVAC Technician or equivalent state cert
- EPA 608 Certification (required)
- Minimum 5 years residential and light commercial HVAC experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, refrigeration principles
- Proficient with mobile work order apps, time tracking, and inventory management
- Clean driving record; pass background and drug testing
- Legal work authorization in the U.S. required
