Inspect buildings, units, and homes (move-out, make-ready, onboarding)
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on apartments, homes, and common areas
Ensure HVAC systems function and test components
Complete internal service requests and QA vendor work
Prepare vacant units for new move-ins
Respond to on-call and after-hours emergencies

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or GED; technical associate degree preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
2+ years building maintenance experience
Proficient with basic tools (hammer, screwdrivers, multimeter, etc.)
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage schedule
