Inspect buildings, units, and homes (move-out, make-ready, onboarding)
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on apartments and single-family homes
Ensure HVAC systems function properly
Prepare vacant units for new move-ins
QA inspections of work by outside vendors
Respond to on-call and after-hours emergencies

🎯 Requirements

High School diploma or GED; associate degree preferred
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
2+ years building maintenance experience
Proficient with hand and power tools, including multimeter
Excellent written and verbal communication
Tech-savvy; able to learn tracking and scheduling systems
Flexible schedule with evenings and weekends as needed
