Complete inspections of buildings, units and homes (move-out, onboarding)
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on apartments and single-family homes
Ensure HVAC systems are functioning and test components
Prepare vacant units for new move-ins
Perform QA inspections of work by outside vendors
Respond to on-call and after-hours emergencies

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
2+ years in direct building maintenance
Tech-savvy; able to learn tracking/scheduling systems
Proficient with mobile apps and digital tools
Flexible schedule; evenings and weekends as needed
