- Install and activate Ting fiber network (conduit, fiber, enclosures, locating)
- Engage customers on-site to ensure activation and connectivity
- Perform on-site fiber drops from handhole to house; assist mainline work
- Troubleshoot connectivity from home to handhole; repair as needed
- Build splice domes/express domes under supervision
- Follow safety practices and use proper equipment on job sites
🎯 Requirements
- 0-2 years in telecommunications preferred
- Active valid driver's license with clean record
- FTTH installation and fiber splicing knowledge
- Proficient with ServiceMax, Bob, Deputy and similar tools
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs; work outdoors/in all weather; on-call; confined spaces
- Safety training: ladder safety, weather, safe driving
