- Service and configure Enterprise Level Access Control Systems.
- Configure DDE Elevator Integrations and IP CCTV systems.
- Install DVRs and NVRs, Burglar Alarms, Intercoms, Telephone Entry Systems.
- Travel to customer sites in Chicagoland, Southern Wisconsin, and NW Indiana.
- Diagnose and repair equipment and configurations.
- Train customers and demonstrate systems as needed.
- Use manuals and vendor support to troubleshoot.
- Other duties as assigned.
🎯 Requirements
- Associates Degree or Technical Degree.
- Experienced in installing and programming Access Control systems.
- Ability to obtain a valid PERC.
- Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Knowledge of computer networks, switches, routers, and modems.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
