Service Supervisor, Home Care

📋 Description

• Act as non-clinical field supervisor and client advocate.
• Monitor client and employee satisfaction and safety standards.
• Work with interdisciplinary office teams to coordinate services.
• Ensure staff complete required competencies and documentation.
• Visit clients at home to gather feedback and ensure care plan is followed.
• Develop community relationships and participate in outreach.

• Prior health care or home or social service experience preferred.
• Competence in basic PC skills.
