Service Shop Lead Technician - Heavy Duty Vehicles

📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day operations of the satellite shop with two technicians.
• Provide hands-on leadership by diagnosing repairs and guiding service orders.
• Coordinate the daily shop schedule and workflow for efficiency.
• Monitor technician productivity and shop performance against labor benchmarks.
• Maintain quality control to meet company and industry standards.
• Utilize OEM diagnostic platforms and tools (Cummins, PACCAR, Snap-on, JPRO).

🎯 Requirements

• Valid Class A driver's license (Preferred)
• Previous experience in heavy-duty diesel repair with complex issues.
• Prior leadership or shop management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of heavy-duty truck diagnostics incl. Cummins/PACCAR.
• Familiarity with Snap-on, JPRO, or equivalent tools.
• Ability to manage workflow and shop productivity in a fast-paced environment.
