Service Manager (Residential)

📋 Description

• Schedule and supervise preventive maintenance per calendar.
• Direct CIM maintenance team and approved vendors.
• Inspect HVAC, appliances, plumbing, and electrical.
• Coordinate common area/roof/exterior maintenance with Property Manager.
• Track work orders and assign to CIM or vendors.
• Manage repair and preventive maintenance budgets.

🎯 Requirements

• High school/GED or 3-5 years in a comparable position.
• 3+ years in apartment maintenance; 2+ years as lead/supervisor.
• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• EPA Type I and II certifications (as required).
• MS Office including Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
