π― Requirements
- High school/GED or 3-5 years in a comparable position.
- 3+ years in apartment maintenance; 2+ years as lead/supervisor.
- Valid state-issued driver's license.
- EPA Type I and II certifications (as required).
- MS Office including Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Experience with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
