Service Manager (Residential)

📋 Description

• Direct building maintenance operations per CIM standards.
• Identify systems and create preventive maintenance programs.
• Supervise turnover work and complete unit repairs in-house where possible.
• Oversee preventive maintenance schedules and budgets with Property Manager.
• Track work orders; coordinate with vendors and CIM team.
• Maintain engineering office, tools, supplies, and records.

🎯 Requirements

• High school/GED or 3-5 years in a comparable position.
• 3+ years in apartment maintenance; 2+ years as lead/supervisor.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• EPA Type I and II certification as required.
• MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical system maintenance.
