Service Manager (Residential)

📋 Description

• Direct maintenance operations for apartment units and preventive maintenance.
• Schedule and supervise preventive maintenance via CIM team or vendors.
• Coordinate with Property Manager on common area exterior upkeep.
• Track work orders, assign tasks, and ensure 24-hour responses.
• Manage operating budgets and provide cost estimates by area.
• Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and equipment.

🎯 Requirements

• High school/GED or 3-5 years in a comparable position.
• 3+ years in apartment maintenance and 2+ years as lead/supervisor.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• EPA Type I and II certification.
• MS Office including Excel, Word, Outlook.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and drywall exp.
