- Direct maintenance operations for apartment units and preventive maintenance.
- Schedule and supervise preventive maintenance via CIM team or vendors.
- Coordinate with Property Manager on common area exterior upkeep.

- Manage operating budgets and provide cost estimates by area.
- Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and equipment.
π― Requirements
- High school/GED or 3-5 years in a comparable position.
- 3+ years in apartment maintenance and 2+ years as lead/supervisor.
- Valid state driverβs license.
- EPA Type I and II certification.
- MS Office including Excel, Word, Outlook.
- HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and drywall exp.
