Service Manager (Residential)

📋 Description

• Direct maintenance operations and oversee building systems PM program.
• Schedule and supervise CIM staff and third-party vendors.
• Track work orders, respond within 24 hours, maintain records.
• Manage maintenance budgets and cost estimates for jobs.
• Ensure compliance with CIM safety standards and QA checks.
• Coordinate with Property Manager on inspections and turnovers.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; 3-5 yrs in property maintenance.
• 3+ yrs in apartment maintenance; 2+ yrs as lead/supervisor.
• Valid driver's license; EPA Type I & II as required.
• HVAC, plumbing and electrical maintenance/repair experience.
• Carpentry, painting, drywall, appliance maintenance skills.
• MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook) proficiency.
