Service Lead

📋 Description

• Lead and develop up to 4 technicians; oversee skill certs and performance.
• Manage and optimize repair workflows; ensure SLA compliance.
• Coordinate with OEMs and repair facilities; ensure vendor standards.
• Lead instructor role; deliver partner-aligned training.
• Oversee fleet health, maintenance planning, and QA.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology or Mechanical Engineering; advanced degree preferred.
• 4+ years in fleet maintenance management or automotive service operations.
• 3+ years leading technical teams; hiring, training, and performance management.
• 2+ years developing and delivering technical training programs in automotive.
• Proven expertise in EV systems, diagnostics, and advanced automotive technologies.
• Strong understanding of maintenance management systems and KPI tracking.
• Experience with vendor management, contract negotiation, and oversight.
• Strong communication; ability to coordinate with leadership and partners.
• Bachelor ASE certifications preferred; ability to obtain partner certifications within 90 days.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
