- 4+ years in fleet maintenance management or automotive service operations.
- 3+ years leading technical teams; hiring, training, and performance management.
- 2+ years developing and delivering technical training programs in automotive.
- Proven expertise in EV systems, diagnostics, and advanced automotive technologies.
- Strong understanding of maintenance management systems and KPI tracking.
- Experience with vendor management, contract negotiation, and oversight.
- Strong communication; ability to coordinate with leadership and partners.
- Bachelor ASE certifications preferred; ability to obtain partner certifications within 90 days.
- Valid driverโs license with clean driving record.
