🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years HVAC/R service tech experience.
- Oregon HVAC/R Contractor License and EPA Certification required.
- HVAC controls experience; Lennox Core Controllers and Carrier SystemVu a plus.
- Strong ability to diagnose electrical/mechanical faults.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; customer-focused.
- Flexible for on-call duties, including weekends.
