Ensure continued operation of Budderfly HVAC/R units across Indianapolis and nearby areas.
Identify maintenance risks on HVAC/R equipment.
Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC/R systems.
Complete commissioning checks and RTU controller configurations.
Perform routine maintenance: filter changes, coil cleaning, belts.
Keep daily logs in the company work order system.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years as HVAC/R service technician.
EPA Certification and licenses for Indianapolis/Marion County.
HVAC Controls experience; Lennox Core Controllers and SystemVu.
Ability to spot control/mechanical issues early.
Willing to travel within Indianapolis and surrounding areas.
Flexibility to work some weekends.
Customer-focused and safety-conscious.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
