📋 Description

  • Assist IT Service Desk with ticket queue; troubleshoot hardware/software
  • Assist Asset Coordination with replacing laptops, monitors, docking stations
  • Install, test, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot computers and peripherals
  • Prepare decommissioned equipment for disposal
  • Research specific software or hardware as needed
  • Maintain documentation on software and computer systems

🎯 Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related major required
  • At least 6 months of end-user support experience (paid or volunteer)
  • Working knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals
  • Working knowledge of Windows 11
  • Working knowledge of Office 365 apps (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of TCP, DNS and DHCP network fundamentals
