🎯 Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related major required
- At least 6 months of end-user support experience (paid or volunteer)
- Working knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals
- Working knowledge of Windows 11
- Working knowledge of Office 365 apps (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of TCP, DNS and DHCP network fundamentals
