- Manage walk-up requests and tickets via ServiceNow to SLA.

- Security+ certification required.
- 3-5+ years service desk exp; Bachelor's may offset 2 yrs.
- Onsite daily 7:30am-4:00pm.
- Windows 10/11 and Office 365 experience.
- ServiceNow incident management experience.
- VTC endpoints setup/config; iOS support.
