  • Security+ certification required.
  • 3-5+ years service desk exp; Bachelor's may offset 2 yrs.
  • Onsite daily 7:30am-4:00pm.
  • Windows 10/11 and Office 365 experience.
  • ServiceNow incident management experience.
  • VTC endpoints setup/config; iOS support.
