  • Ensure timely, accurate resolutions.
  • Follow up with users to ensure satisfaction.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 1โ€“2 years in a technical support or service desk role
  • Strong customer service mindset; explain technical concepts clearly
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Windows OS, basic network troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks is a plus
  • Certifications (or working toward): HDI-SCA, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently and collaboratively
