  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor preferred
  • HDI-SCA, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
  • 1โ€“2 years in technical support, service desk preferred
  • Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic network troubleshooting
  • ITIL familiarity a plus; able to work independently and with others
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking
