  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate/Bachelor's preferred.
  • Certifications: HDI-SCA, ITIL, M365 Fundamentals (or pursuing).
  • 1โ€“2 years in technical support; service desk preferred.
  • Proficiency in Windows OS, Office, basic network troubleshooting.
  • ITIL familiarity; ability to work independently and with others.
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
