  • 1โ€“2 years in technical support, service desk preferred.
  • Strong customer service; explain tech clearly.
  • Proficient in Windows OS, MS Office; basic network troubleshooting.
  • ITIL familiarity; HDI_SCA or ITIL Foundation a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team; strong problem-solving.
  • Education: HS diploma; Associate/Bachelor preferred; IT certs encouraged.
