🎯 Requirements

  • 1–2 years in technical support (service desk preferred).
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking.
  • Familiarity with ITIL or similar service frameworks a plus.
  • HDI-SCA, ITIL, and Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certs (or pursuing).
  • Ability to work independently and with the team; strong problem-solving.
