🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required

- 1–2 years of experience in technical support/service desk roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems
- ITIL Foundation knowledge
- HDI Support Center Analyst (HDI-SCA) or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certifications pursued
